My Story, Your Inspiration
As a teenager, I learned how movement could build resilience. In 2001, a health scare opened my eyes to the life-changing power of nutrition. Over the years, I’ve competed in bodybuilding, earned certifications in personal training, nutrition, and health and life coaching, menopause AND learned how to navigate the highs and lows of the menopause transition myself.
But this isn’t just about me. It’s about what I’ve learned that can help YOU.
